The project

DAR brings the practical work of renting and managing property into a single multi-role application. Property owners and renters can work with listings, bookings, and contracts, while maintenance, payment tracking, and conversations stay part of the same product.

What I built

I built the application around the different needs of owners and renters, with connected workflows rather than isolated screens.

Listings, bookings & contracts

Multi-role flows for property owners and renters to manage listings, bookings, and rental contracts.

Everyday property operations

Maintenance requests and payment tracking alongside the core rental experience.

Communication & discovery

In-app chat, favourites, and map/location features to connect the browsing and management experience.

Two languages, two themes

Arabic/English localisation and a themeable light/dark interface.

Technical focus

The documented implementation uses Flutter and Dart for the client application, Supabase for real-time data, and Firebase for push notifications. Google Maps supports the location experience.
